Privacy policy
Last updated October 6, 2026.
First Rowe Auto Repairs & Sales ("First Rowe", "we") runs firstroweauto.com and the shop at 5821 Rodman St, Hollywood, FL 33023. This page explains what we collect when you use our website, contact us, or respond to one of our ads, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, the service you want and anything you write in a form, including lead forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads.
- How you found us: the answer to "How did you hear about us?", the page you first landed on and sent the form from, the website that linked you to us, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, which ad).
- Website usage: if we turn on Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, they use cookies to count visits and tell us which pages and ads lead to bookings.
How we use it
- To answer your request, book your appointment and service your vehicle.
- To text, call, email or WhatsApp you about your appointment, estimate and repair.
- To send service reminders and occasional offers. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us.
- To see which advertising works, so we spend less on what doesn't.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business: Google (forms, email and analytics), Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), and our web host, Cloudflare. Each handles it under its own privacy terms. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as you're a customer and as long as tax and business law requires. Ask us and we'll delete anything we aren't required to keep.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Stop marketing messages at any time.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
